It's so bizarre... just as I was going to write something here, my business mentor made that random statement... well its not even close to random. its epic. and I love it.

I need God.

John 10:6-13 (The Message)
^6-10 Jesus told this simple story, but they had no idea what he was talking about. So he tried again. "I'll be explicit, then. I am the Gate for the sheep. All those others are up to no good—sheep stealers, every one of them. But the sheep didn't listen to them. I am the Gate. Anyone who goes through me will be cared for—will freely go in and out, and find pasture. A thief is only there to steal and kill and destroy. I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.

^11-13 "I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd puts the sheep before himself, sacrifices himself if necessary. A hired man is not a real shepherd. The sheep mean nothing to him. He sees a wolf come and runs for it, leaving the sheep to be ravaged and scattered by the wolf. He's only in it for the money. The sheep don't matter to him.

I cant tell you in simple words why I need Him. But.
I just do.
Life is so full. so great. so wonderful.
Life is a gift. so blessed. so rich.
Life can be hard, so painful. so confusing.
Life can be frustrating, so difficult. so demanding.
But I soar on Eagle's wings - with the One who lifts me up.
There I can smile. I can run and I can jump for Joy.
For I know my Saviour lives and He loves me.
How can this ever be? A GOD who cares for me?
People might think i'm crazy. but hey im not hazy.
That line turned out cheesy. but hey, i dont worry.

LOL.

There's no luck, there's no fate but there is true love and blessings when we seek at the right place. singular. place.

If it is luck. if it is chance. if it is fate. if it is the stars that determine. why should I live? Why should I care with what I do with this body? But i know there is more to life. I know there is a life for me to live abundantly. a life i can only get when i surrender EVERYTHING. everything to one super being.

I surrender because im in love. i surrender because God first loved me. Love is not slavery. Love is not dos and donts. Love is not judgmental. But Love came so we can be free from guilt and shame. Wow I never knew Love is so abstract.

I need God. I need his Love. Only then I can truly live to the fullest.

Are we living to the fullest?
